Summit Pro Painting provides residential and commercial painting services in Burlington, VT and surrounding areas. All work is performed according to the scope outlined in your project quote.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing is based on the scope of work discussed during the consultation. Any changes to the project scope may result in an adjusted price, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.

3. Scheduling & Access

By scheduling a project with Summit Pro Painting, you agree to provide reasonable access to the work area during the agreed-upon timeframe. Delays caused by restricted access or changes in schedule may affect the project timeline.

4. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in your project agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept payment by check, cash, or electronic transfer.

5. Warranty

Summit Pro Painting stands behind its work. If you notice any issues related to our workmanship within a reasonable period after project completion, contact us and we will make it right.

6. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials and scheduling costs.

7. Liability

Summit Pro Painting is fully licensed and insured. We take every precaution to protect your property during a project. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, we will address it promptly.

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
